Return & Refund Policy

At Cooling Parts Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be in original, unused condition and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been installed or used
• Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
• Special order or custom items

Return Process

1. Contact us at coolingpartssupply@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Ship the item back to us with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at coolingpartssupply@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
